I was born in the 60's. My first design projects were created on a drafting table. It cost big $$$ to get type set from an outside company and changes could cost a lot. Colour printing was expensive and only deep pockets could afford it. I have been doing this for a long time...

My parents were born in the late 30's and I know how to speak to them too. They have internet in their home but operating a computer can confuse them. Online communications need to be simple. They have a great disposable income.
